WEEK 8: September 20 - 23
I was fortunate to attend the first yoga teacher training offered by Rasayana Yoga and have been teaching since graduation. The more subsequent training I attend, the more I appreciate the complete foundation that our instructors, Heather and Joanna prepared for us. It is on this firm foundation that the building blocks of additional training fit so neatly, creating my own journey of sharing yoga with others. Teaching and owning my own small class studio, Pure Joy Yoga, is more than a dream come true. Thank you Heather and Joanna for the love and dedication that you put into the Rasayana Yoga Teacher Training Program, and into each and every one of your students!

Participating in Rasayana School of Yoga's 200 hr training was a transformational. The teachers are knowledgeable and compassionate. If you are thinking about registering, stop thinking and do it!

My experience with Rasayana School of Yoga was outstanding and exceeded my expectations. Heather and Joanna make a great pair, bringing out the best in each other, including superb organization, great use of time, and compassion for yoga. They created a friendly, supportive, and positive learning environment allowing for wonderful bonding to occur between students. This training was about more than just yoga postures - the essence of yoga was truly embodied including history, Sanskrit, philosophy, Ayurveda, and more. It laid a beautiful foundation for a promising future in yoga.
