Want the complete Rasayana experience? This 500-hour yoga teacher training includes BOTH our 200-hour and 300-hour programs in one! Our next 200-hour training starts in January 2020 and will graduate in Fall 2020. The 300-hour program starts Fall of 2020—so this option lets you immerse yourself in the Rasayana approach to yoga.
