What is Rasyana?
Rasayana is a Sanskrit word which in the practice of Ayurveda, yoga’s sister science, means a rejuvenative treatment to restore vitality to the body. Most likely you have experienced rasayana through the practice of yoga. And, if you are reading these words, there is some calling within you, perhaps a curiosity, to know more about this practice, to learn the hows and whys, the history and philosophy of yoga.
We hope that you will answer the calling and consider joining us on a six-month+ journey in which you join in community Sangha to study yoga in-depth, through our 200-hour, 300-hr or 500-hr certification programs or through our non-certificate, advanced study programs.
